Please read these terms carefully before using tgl279. By accessing or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below.

Access to and use of the tgl279 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
tgl279 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and, if applicable, forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.
Each eligible individual may hold one (1) Account only on tgl279. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. tgl279 accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated contact or payment information.
You must choose a strong, unique password for your Account and must not share your login credentials with any third party. tgl279 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for additional security. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials.
tgl279 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations, we may require Members to submit identity and address verification documents before processing withdrawals above Rp 5.000.000, or at any other point where tgl279 deems verification necessary in accordance with its internal compliance policies.
Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to:
tgl279 will process KYC submissions within 24–48 hours on business days. During the review period, the Member's withdrawal functionality may be temporarily restricted. All submitted documents are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Deposits: tgl279 accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata by direct bank transfer, and via e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit cap for standard accounts; VIP Gold members may be subject to enhanced limits as communicated through their dedicated account manager. Deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during Banking Hours.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests submitted during Banking Hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) are processed within 5–15 minutes for standard members and within 5 minutes for VIP Gold members. Requests submitted outside Banking Hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next Banking Hours window. tgl279 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual or inconsistent with a Member's normal activity pattern.
Withdrawal Method Restrictions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit to the same Account, unless tgl279's support team has approved an alternative method following a formal change-of-payment request. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.
Processing Fees: tgl279 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, Members should be aware that their bank or e-wallet provider may levy their own transfer fees, which are outside tgl279's control.
tgl279 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the absence of specific promotion-level terms, the following general bonus rules apply:
tgl279 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. If tgl279 determines that a Member has attempted to abuse any bonus offer — including through multi-accounting, systematic arbitrage, or deliberate exploitation of promotional mechanics — tgl279 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Member's Account.
All bets placed on tgl279 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game category. The following general betting rules apply across all products:
tgl279 monitors all betting activity for patterns consistent with match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated betting strategies intended to exploit the Platform. Accounts identified as engaging in such activity will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on tgl279 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account:
tgl279 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Where prohibited activities are identified, tgl279 reserves the right to report the relevant Member and their activity to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Member.
All content on the tgl279 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain name, website design, software, text, graphics, images, data compilations, odds feeds, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of tgl279 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without tgl279's prior written consent.
Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing arrangements with tgl279.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tgl279 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
tgl279's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms — regardless of the legal basis of the claim — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit tgl279's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
tgl279 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
tgl279 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and our servers. Payment data is handled exclusively through our integrated banking and e-wallet partners and is never stored in plain text on tgl279's systems.
tgl279 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with game studios and payment providers is limited to what is strictly necessary for the provision of the relevant service.
tgl279 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools available to all Members at no charge, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

tgl279 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where our monitoring systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, including but not limited to: placing bets immediately after large losses, rapidly escalating stake sizes, or prolonged continuous play sessions without breaks.
tgl279 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal limits, bonus wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — tgl279 will provide at least 7 days' prior notice by email to the address registered on the Member's Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange the closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining Balance.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that Members review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tgl279 holds its international gaming licence. This governing law clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you under Indonesian law.
In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to first contact tgl279's support team to seek an informal resolution. tgl279 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be escalated to the dispute resolution service designated by tgl279's licensing authority, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
tgl279 does not recognise the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts for the purpose of resolving disputes arising from these Terms, except where Indonesian mandatory consumer law requires otherwise or where tgl279 expressly agrees in writing to Indonesian jurisdiction for a specific matter.
